Full Version: Bandpass filters for 2.4GHz WiFi?

With the higher-gain antennas often used in ham radio mesh nodes, one thing that I'm a bit concerned about is the possibility to run into channel-adjacent interference from all of the wireless access points the antenna will be receiving. Has anyone looked into the use of bandpass (channel-pass?) filters for 2.4GHz? I've been looking at this one from L-Com but I don't know if it's worth the cost ($79 and 2dB of insertion loss).
