Something Really Neat!
#1
I found this guy on the web over a year ago who makes these beautiful call sign plaques made from etched glass with a wood base. Each one is illuminated with color changing LEDs. I emailed him and asked him if he could do one for me but with a vacuum tube mounted on the base. He was glad to do it and charged me a little extra but to me it was well worth it.

Mine gave my shack a bit of a classy appearance (heck, it beats a computer printed piece of paper any day!) and I LOVE IT!

I thought I would share this with every and anybody who might be looking for a cool way to proudly display their call in their shack. He does coffee mugs too!

Wow, that IS very cool! What a neat idea.

Now I have something I can put those tired old tubes to use on. :^)
