Impressive! Hearing Mary's Peak ...

in Packwood, WA. I'm approximately 180 miles away from the repeater on a bearing of 33 degrees.

Current antenna is an old Ringo Ranger that I grabbed out of a junk pile.

Time for a new beam ;-)

No - signal strength is low but VERY readable. About an S1 - S2. Hearing it consistently for the last 3 days. I'm wondering if I could actually be heard with a good beam. Sure is worth a try.
