First Peak Radio Association Meeting
#1
Hello all

We had our first PRA meeting today and decided that we will have regular meetings on the second Monday of the month. It turns out that's tomorrow. I spoke to Stacy and Jim and we all thought that it made more sense to skip this month and have our first regular meeting next month. It would have been nice to have everybody weigh in but there isn’t time.

So, shall anyone be announcing any of the other outcomes of the meeting, besides the next meeting date?

Also, should this go in the PRA Meetings thread?

I did not know there was a "PRA Meetings" thread. I still can't find it. Can you direct me?

My understanding of the adopted procedure is that the minutes will be typed up and reviewed before being approved by the club and posted.

Howdy Sean,

http://www.my513.net/forums/22-Meetings

Go to the main Forums page, then the "Meetings" thread is under the "Peak Radio Association" sub-forum.

I hope this helps!

I agree with you about the minutes: I will make sure they are available for review at the next meeting on March 12th. Does that mean that no information about the happenings of the meeting today will be announced until the minutes are adopted?

We have a couple more things that need to happen before minutes are posted! I have good faith that it will be handled by next meeting..

Stacey,
We should early release who is on the board, when the meeting dates are (that' been done) and the general meeting place for breakfast with time and day....... We should post this on the forum and the primary PRA website! This way folks have time to plan for time off if needed to come and support the group. Also, so folks can plan if they would like to join us for breakfast... I know I'm going to make it a point if you come Wink

What would be really nice if every member of the club could receive an email 1 or 2 days before the meeting or breakfast. Reminding us about the event, time, and place. Yahoogroups has this capability and it really appreciated.
